Silent Mind Return Policy

At Silent Mind, we are committed to providing exceptional customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth process while maintaining clarity and fairness.

General Returns

• Eligibility: Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage. They must also include the original packaging and inserts.

Defective or Damaged Items

• Items damaged during shipping or determined to be defective upon inspection are eligible for a replacement or refund.
• Customers must provide photos and videos showing the defect or damage from multiple angles for assessment.
• Return Shipping Costs: If the item is found to be defective, return shipping costs will be covered by Silent Mind.

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

• Digital Products: Downloadable eBooks, guides, or audio tracks.
• Items not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to customer error.
• Sale Items: Sale, wholesale, and custom orders are not refundable but may be eligible for store credit.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days once the return is received and approved.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. If issues persist, contact us at support@silentmindbowls.com.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Exchanges are not offered for other reasons, such as receiving the wrong item.

Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.
• If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., original invoice or receipt) is required for all gift returns.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-defective returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
• Silent Mind cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted based on the condition of the returned product. This includes:

• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Missing parts or damage not caused by Silent Mind.

Shipments may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. USPS and UPS are our primary delivery method in the United States and Aramex for the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world, but Silentmindsingingbowls.com may use alternate shipping methods for customised orders, bulk orders, and other special case orders. Shipping Time

Our goal is to ship all orders within 3-4 business days. For customised design requests, we need 1-2 weeks of preparation time.

When should you expect delivery?

Orders shipped usually can take up to 7-14 days for delivery. Orders within USA, Canada, and the UK can arrive a few days sooner. The freight company should contact you prior to delivery to schedule an appointment.
